These terms and conditions apply to the recruitment, placement and support services provided by Erik Bennink.

1. Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Service provider: Erik Bennink.

Client: any visitor, job seeker or employer using our services.

Services: recruitment, language and cultural guidance, advisory support and related services.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements of the Service Provider.

Different terms are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Services

We provide recruitment and support services to international job seekers and employers in the Netherlands.

This includes job matching, language support, cultural training and application guidance.

These services are delivered according to the specific arrangements set out in the quotation or agreement.

4. Quotations and agreements

All quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise.

An agreement is concluded when the client accepts the quotation or confirmation email in writing.

5. Client obligations

The client must provide accurate and complete information.

Incorrect information may lead to termination of the agreement.

6. Liability

We make every reasonable effort to perform our services with due care.

We are not liable for indirect damages or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment

Services are paid in advance or according to the payment term stated in the quotation.

Unless agreed otherwise, all amounts are stated excluding VAT.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy statement and carried out in compliance with the GDPR.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website is protected and may not be copied without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.

Changes will be published on the website and will apply from the moment of publication.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
